All mailers are sent out via snail mail using a standard postal stamp, so tracking is not available. This is to help keep the Mail Club affordable ♡

If your mail has arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me within 30 days at Info@NatashaDeLuna.com with your name and photos of the items and I will do my best to get a replacement sent out to you.

Mail is sent out from California during the first week of each month. For USA orders, please allow 14 business days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow 21 business days for arrival.

If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, please reach out via email: Info@NatashaDeLuna.com

you can update your address and manage your subscription through your account by clicking HERE. If you have moved, please make sure to update your address as soon as you can to ensure that your mail arrives to your new location.
