How are the envelopes shipped?
All mailers are sent out via snail mail using a standard postal stamp, so tracking is not available. This is to help keep the Mail Club affordable ♡
When do you ship each month?
Sign up by the 15th of the month to receive the following month’s curated envelope. (Any sign-ups after the 15th will receive the following month's mail). This is to ensure I have enough time to order the proper amount of product.
Mail for each month is sent out during the first week of the month.
If I sign up after the 15th, when will I get my first envelope?
Any membership sign ups that are placed after the 15th of the month won't get the next month's mail, but you will receive your first envelope the month after. For example, if you become a member on January 16th, you will receive March's mail.
My mail arrived damaged...
If your mail has arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me within 30 days at Natasha@moonlight-studio.com with your name and photos of the items and I will do my best to get a replacement sent out to you.
When will I get my order?
Mail is sent out from California during the first week of each month. For USA orders, please allow 14 business days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow 21 business days for arrival.

How can I change my address, billing, and other information?
you can update your address and manage your subscription through your account by clicking on the account page at the top of the navigation menu. If you have moved, please make sure to update your address as soon as you can to ensure that your mail arrives to your new location.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account, which can be found in the account portal.
