All mailers are sent out via snail mail using a standard postal stamp, so tracking is not available. This is to help keep the Mail Club affordable ♡

Sign up by the 15th of the month to receive the next month’s curated envelope.

Members pay one month in advance. Our sign‑up window runs from the 15th of one month to the 16th of the next. Whatever period you join in, your first mailing will arrive the following month. For example, if you sign up anytime between January 15 and February 15, your first piece of mail will be sent in March.

Mail for each month is sent out during the first week of the month.

Any membership sign ups that are placed after the 15th of the month won't get the next month's mail, but you will receive your first envelope the month after. For example, if you become a member on January 16th, you will receive March's mail.

If your mail has arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me within 30 days at Natasha@moonlight-studio.com with your name and photos of the items and I will do my best to get a replacement sent out to you.

If your envelope is returned to me due to your address being incorrect, insufficient or undeliverable, you will need to pay $2.00 to have it re-shipped. If your mail is continually sent back to me, I will ask that you provide a different address for it to be shipped to along with paying the $2 per envelope to cover the cost of shipping.

Mail is sent out from California during the first week of each month. For USA orders, please allow 14 business days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow 4 weeks for arrival.

If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, please reach out via email: Natasha@moonlight-studio.com

you can update your address and manage your subscription through your account by clicking on the account page at the top of the navigation menu. If you have moved, please make sure to update your address as soon as you can to ensure that your mail arrives to your new location.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account, which can be found in the account portal.
